Egg & Chick Policy

 

We check fertility weekly and maintain 80% or higher fertility at the time of shipment.

 

If hatching eggs arrive broken, we’re happy to provide replacements with proof at delivery. The buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. Because many factors beyond our control can affect hatching, we’re unable to offer refunds or guarantees on hatch rates.

 

If we’re unable to fulfill your order during the season you purchased for, a full refund will be issued. Our hatching season runs from March through September.

CHICK orders are local pickup only. If you place an order, you agree to pick them up in Sevier County.

 

All eggs and chicks are carefully inspected before leaving our care. While we do our very best, we can’t guarantee eggs or chicks once they leave our farm. All chicks are sold as straight run.

 

If you’d prefer to use a payment processor other than our website, please feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help. We only ship hatching eggs to the lower 48 states, no orders to HI or AK at this time.

 

We are a bio-secure farm and not open to the public.

Local pickup is available by appointment only at a public meeting location. Sevierville, TN. 

 

Orders are sent out in the order they are received.
